Modify domestic bookings with ease.
Thanks to a new feature from Zeno, we’re making it easier than ever to modify your domestic flight bookings. You can now update the date and/or time of your flights online after ticketing, eliminating the need for emails or phone calls with your travel advisor and saving you valuable time. This enhancement ensures greater flexibility and efficiency for you and empowers you to manage your travel plans with ease!
Once your booking is updated, you will receive automatically generated new travel documents, including a revised itinerary and invoice, saving time for both you and your advisor.
There are a few caveats to this new system, primarily it is only available for Qantas and Virgin Australia flights at this stage. Additionally, only online bookings can be modified online and if a booking has been changed offline by an advisor, any further changes must also be handled offline. Currently changes to routes or airlines must still be managed by a travel consultant.
Making changes to flights, inevitably comes with fees attached. The good thing about this new feature is all airline fees and charges will be clearly displayed before confirming any changes and the Goldman Travel online change fee will be automatically added to your invoice after the modification is completed.
